About us

The hikers

Hello! We are Yannick and Jean, two friends living in Montreal who happen to be mountain enthusiasts always ready for adventure. Welcome to our corner of the internet where we hope to share our passion for hiking. We climb summits and record videos among beautiful landscapes to encourage our readers to embark on the trails of the Quebec and Appalachians mountains.

We are not here to recount our own adventures but to share these awe inspiring landscapes and showcase the trails that will get you there. Our mission is to inform and prepare others for their next outdoor adventure.

Equipped with our cameras, we also hope to highlight nature’s beauty to inspire it’s preservation so we can all continue our hikes and reap the benefits from our time spent in the great outdoors.

We hope you enjoy our articles and videos! See you at the summit!

Did you know? I am closely related to rabbits and Did you know?
I am closely related to rabbits and hares.
I live in the mountains of North America and Asia at altitudes of up to 6,000m.
I don't hibernate and if temperatures reach above 25.5°C I could die 😥

I am a Pika and without protection and help, American pikas could be the first species to go extinct due to climate change.
